HEALTHY EASY FROZEN YOGURT IN A FEW MINUTES
In a few minutes, you can have frozen yogurt. It's so easy!

Food processor or high powered blender
1 cup frozen fruit (in this video, frozen mixed berries were used)
2 spoonfuls (1/8 - 1/4 cup) yogurt (in this video, plain Greek yogurt was used)
2 teaspoons honey (or any sugar/sugar substitute)
Add all ingredients into a food process and run it until all the ingredients are well combined. This will take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the size of the frozen fruit. The mixture should appear to be frozen yogurt!
If the mixture appears to be too runny, add more fruit. If the mixture appears to be too thick, add more yogurt.
It's best when eaten immediately.
